In our daily ongoing, we are so busy to fulfill the daily needs that we hardly get time for ourselves. Being occupied in different kinds of engagement, sometime it happens that we are not even properly identifying when the day starts and when it ends? But when we try out to get rid of such hectic schedule, even if possible for a very short period, it seems like a heavenly experience! Isn’t so? What about the word FESTIVALS? This word connects us with another word called GOD. The earth is believed to be created by Him (from the mythological point of view) and hence by festivals we are showing Him a sense of THANX for whatever he has done to us or whatever still left to explore along with our refreshment with an urge in heart to feel the divine feel of the super natural power.

Generally during the occasion time we worship GOD the most and get rid of our worries and enjoy to the fullest. Don’t you feel that occasion without gift is something like sweets without sugar? It showers a sign of love and gesture to the receiver. For the Christian community, Christmas, the birthday of Jesus Christ is considered as the most big and auspicious festival and if we are celebrating it by giving and getting plenty of gifts to our loved ones then what’s better than that?
